All products list their availability within the product details page. If, for any unforseen circumstances, a product is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of delivery times or if it is unavailable for some time advise of alternatives. Some products list availability as "Out of Stock". This usually means we have no stock in our warehouse but we do expect to receive more shortly. In these cases you can still place an order for these products and we will advise when we expect to receive more when we receive your order. If you have ordered other products that are in stock you will have the option at this point to have the "in stock" items despatched now and the "out of stock" items despatched at a later date. Splitting shipment into two deliveries may incur an additional postage fees but we will make this clear to you when we advise of availability and despatch options. 2) Login or setup a Paypal account Note: We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions. If you wish to layby an item you can choose this as your payment method at the checkout. You will be required to pay a 20% deposit to our bank account within 3 days of placing your order. Bank account details are contained in order confirmation email you will be sent once your order is placed. The balance is to be paid off over 2 months, at the end of this time your order will need to be paid in full. An email detailing the date you are required to pay by will be sent once your deposit is received. Once full payment has been made we will ship your goods to the address provided when you placed the order. If full payment is not received by the final date your order will be cancelled and no refund will be given for any payments made. Note: Payment of the deposit deems you have accepted these terms and conditions.

We use Paypal for accepting credit cards. Paypal is an internationally recognised payment gateway and offers a highly secure service. This means we never actually keep your card details ourselves and Paypal handles all the processing of your payment and forwards the payment to us.
Paypal account details are entered through Paypal's secure payment pages.
When you get to Paypal's page you have two options
1) Proceed without joining Paypal
This option means you will enter your card details and Paypal will take payment but not setup an account for you
This is a great option if you shop online a lot. Paypal accounts can be linked to your bank account OR credit cards. This is ideal if you do not have a credit card as they can take funds from your bank account instead (this option takes longer as they need several days to process your bank transaction - much like a virtual cheque from your online banking service)

You can also pay by cheque or via bank deposit - please choose this option in the shopping basket. We will send payment instructions for the method chosen with your order confirmation email.

DELIVERY NZ destinations - Orders will be despatched by either NZ Post or Courier Service. If you choose to give delivery instructions on your order that mean a signature cannot be collected we cannot be held responsible for your order not arriving. Most orders will be dispatched within the time specified on the items in your order. If you have ordered more than one item the delivery time will be that of the item with longest estimated despatch time. If you are ordering items with different delivery times and wish them to be despatched separately (with extra delivery charges applied) then please place as separate orders. If there are to be any delays we will contact you within 2 working days of you placing your order. Any claims for damage or shortages must be made by email or phone within 48 hours of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD. Sorry no returns on sale items
RETURNS DUE TO FAULTY GOODS
When you receive your goods, please check them immediately for any faults and report them to us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for faulty goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited. We would advise you to use a recorded service as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries outside of this method.
OTHER RETURNS
We offer a 14 days no questions asked returns policy. If you change your mind or the product is not the correct size or colour or a duplicate gift you can return it to us for a full refund of the products purchase price (minus our delivery costs to you - minimum charge $6). If you are returning for this reason please advise us on info@babynation.co.nz before posting. If you wish to swap for a different size please advise us in your returns email (please note: we will need to charge postage for the new items sent out). We would advise you to use a recorded service as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries outside of this method.
