Overseas - to calculate costs to destinations outside New Zealand simply place your items in your shopping cart then go to the shopping cart and choose your region as the delivery method. The cart will update and show your delivery costs in New Zealand dollars. To get an idea of what this cost is in your own currency use this currency converter.

Do I have to pay the NZ GST tax on my order if it is being delivered overseas?
We will deduct GST (15%) from your order once an overseas delivery address is provided. This is on the first checkout page - once you enter the address you will proceed to the next screen where the tax will be deducted - it is deducted of the entire order.
You will be able to see in the shopping basket how much tax is included in the order as it is summarised - this is the amount that will be deducted after an international shipping address is provided.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes - just call us on (09) 925-1144 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting (09) 925-1144 end_of_the_skype_highlighting. If we don't answer just leave a message and we will get back to you promptly. Orders over the phone can be paid for via Bank Deposit or Personal Cheque - sorry we don't take credit cards over the phone (though we can email you an invoice that will allow you to pay using your credit card on the internet).
Is it safe to purchase from your site? Will my card details be safe?
We use Paypal to collect payment from your credit card. This means we never have access to or store your credit card details. Paypal is an internationally renowned payment service owned by global auction site Ebay and offers an extremely secure service.
If I change my mind once I receive my order can I send it back?
We offer a 14 day no questions asked money back guarantee on your purchase. Just let us know on email@example.com that you are sending it back and we will credit you once we receive the item in its original condition. We don?t refund shipping costs if you change your mind or it isn?t suitable. If by sending an item back you no longer qualify for a Free Shipping promotion we will deduct our normal shipping fee from the items value.
What do I do if the item I receive is damaged?
Let us know on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you receive the item and discover the damage. We will then work out a solution ? either replacement or full refund.
