New Zealand Delivery

Flat rate of $6.00 for orders under $100. Free Delivery over $100 (New Zealand wide).

For orders within New Zealand we use a variety of delivery methods including both couriers and NZ Post. We aim to ship everything within 2 working days of receiving your order though usually it is dispatched the same or next day.

For North Island (non-rural) addresses your order should arrive the next working day after dispatch. For South Island and Rural addresses it will take up to 3/4 working days following the day of dispatch. We will inform you asap of any delays.

REMEMBER: WE DEDUCT THE NZ GST TAX FROM YOUR ORDER ONCE YOU HAVE PROVIDED AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ADDRESS - THIS MEANS ANYTHING YOU ORDER WILL BE 15% LESS THAN THE PRICE SHOWN (INCLUDING SHIPPING)

We calculate the cost of your shipping for International Orders in the shopping basket. For Australia, UK & Europe and USA/Canada simply place your items in your shopping basket then go to the shopping basket screen (see quick link in right hand menu) and choose your region as the Delivery Method. It will automatically recalculate the shipping costs to your region.

 Overseas Delivery normally takes 3 -10 working days to arrive following dispatch - dispatch takes 1 - 3 working days.

We do not ship large bulky items internationally e.g. prams, cots, activity centers etc. If you do order something we cannot ship internationally we will contact you to advise.
